What inspired us to start Casa Amaya Catering was simple — every time we cooked for friends and family, they would say, “You need to share this with everyone.” We realized that our food wasn’t just a meal — it created memories, laughter, and connection. Our journey began with a passion to share that warmth and authentic taste with the wider community in San Jose, California.

We wanted to bring that same authentic, homemade Mexican flavor to weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and backyard parties. What makes our dishes truly special?
